About The Painting
Transformation Spring
represents a new beginning. This oil painting was prepared from flowers photographed
during my first spring in New York, after moving from San Diego. In New York plants
grow lush and green, compared to the dry environment of San Diego. Everything looked beautiful,
especially in contrast to winter's cold and barren landscape. Often the first steps in a lifetime
transition bring feelings reminiscent of springtime when everything's new.
I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you...
